High Tech Campus partner of Swimming World Cup 2017

The High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTC) joins the FINA / Airweave Swimming World Cup Eindhoven. The competition will take place in the Pieter van den Hoogenband swimming stadium on 11 and 12 August.

The partnership is aimed at innovation. Swimming and sports are constantly searching for technological and scientific innovations. Tournament director and ex-swimmer Pieter van den Hoogenband understands the importance of innovation for swimmers: “Minimal improvements in material, training or contest preparation can just make that difference between gold and silver.”

The High Tech Campus is also positive about the partnership. Hilde de Vogt, Marketing & Communication Director, expects very fast times will be swum and dares to think about world records.

During Friday 11 and Saturday 12 August, the best swimmers in the world will come to Eindhoven. There will be series swum in the morning and the finals will be in the evening.
