Thousands celebrate Koningsnacht in centrum

Last night, thousands of revellers took to the streets to celebrate Koningsnacht in Eindhoven’s inner city.

Despite the cool weather, the Markt, Wilhelminaplein and Stadhuisplein were filled to the brim. Stadshuisplein, in particular, was very busy as the free dance party, Royal Dutch, was held there.

During Koningsnacht– and dag, numerous parties and events will be held throughout the city. Koningsdag has attracted about 120.000 visitors several times over the past few years. Last year, due to the bad weather, there were less.
