Residents tweet complaints over noisy jet pilot training

A number of Eindhoven residents took to social media Wednesday morning to complain about the roar of F-16 jets flying overhead.

Both the city council and Eindhoven Airport received noise complaints on Twitter.

F-16 pilots are currently being trained in the skies over Eindhoven and Best, joined by Defense Department helicopters. Training started Monday and is scheduled to end on April 26.

The jets came from nearby Volkel Air Base.
