There will be a protest march against anti-gay violence in the center of Eindhoven this Saturday. Following is the mistreatment of homosexuals in Eindhoven and Arnhem last weekends.
The initiative comes from the Facebook group Love is Louder. The violence of the past weekend gave the founders the idea for the march ‘Hand in Hard for Diversity’.
The violence last weekend made a stir in the country. People were asked to walk hand in hand, in solidarity with the victims of violence.
Last Friday night such violence happened in Eindhoven, at gay bar Pallaz. In front of the entrance doors, a gay couple was verbally abused and then beaten.
The march in Eindhoven start at a quarter past five in the afternoon, and starts at the Stadhuisplein.
