The climate film Before the Flood will be shown in several locations in the metropolitan region of Eindhoven soon. The film is free of charge.
In the documentary, actor Leonardo DiCaprio is looking for climate changes that are already happening. He visits five continents and talks with scientists, world leaders, activists and local residents to get a picture of the climate change issues.
Several councilors in the regional municipalities with sustainability in their portfolio, have made a deal with National Geographic to show the movie here in the cinema for free. That includes Geldrop-Mierlo, Best, Eindhoven and Son en Breugel. The exact times and places will be announced later by the respective municipality.
