PreHistorisch Dorp (prehistoric village) will start with Virtual Reality

The preHistorisch Dorp will start with Augmented and Virtual Reality in the museum next season. With the Tijdkijker (Time viewer) visitors should imagine themselves in the middle of historical events. That reports the museum.

With special glasses, visitors can ‘experience’ history, from 250,000 years ago to the 80-year war in the 16th century.

It was a good year for the prehistoric village anyway, in the past year there were about 23 percent more visitors than in 2015. More than 45,000 people came along at the museum. The preHistorisch Dorp received the Kidsproof price as well.
