Annual charity run set for New Year’s Eve

The traditional Genneper Parks Walk will take place again this year on New Year’s Eve.

Beginner and advanced participants will run 2, 4, 9, or 15 kilometres, with proceeds going to Eindhoven association Genneperparken Bulls, a charity for disabled hockey players.

The trail takes runners through the greenery surrounding Eindhoven’s Genneper Parks. New landmarks added to this year’s route include the Eindhoven FC pitch at the Jan Louwers Stadium.

The annual event is organised by Fontys Sports College, Sportformule, Oranje-Rood, Eindhoven Atletiek, and Essink Sports Centre.
