On Tuesday, Eindhoven Airport has been evacuated for an hour because of a suspicious suitcase. There were no dangerous materials found in the suitcase.
Shortly before 11:00 am the airport was evacuated. Travelers were collected on the square outside the airport. The PSV selection as well, which was just on its way to the Champions League match against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.
After one hour, the airport was released again. Consequently a couple of flights were delayed. The suitcase was seized by the military police.
