The Klokgebouw’s Blue Collar Hotel will open a new grill restaurant next month.
The Starlight Lounge restaurant, on the fourth floor of the Strijp-S building in the former Philips staff canteen, will seat nearly 150 people and focuses on South African grilled cuisine.
The eatery will feature an open kitchen with a large barbecue where staff will prepare chicken, pork chops, and crocodile. Vegetarian dishes will also be offered.
Blue Collar Hotel opened in September 2014 and has nearly 200 beds.
