Decathlon opens new store in Piazza

Sporting goods chain Decathlon opened a new store in Eindhoven’s Piazza today.

Cyclist Steven Kruijswijk cycled from the Best megastore to the city centre to officially open the new branch, located in the former Expo Outlet.

The new two-storey, 1.200sqm store will sell clothes, shoes, and sporting equipment.

After the official opening with Kruijswijk and Decathlon director Wout Vringer, a sports afternoon was held at 18 Septemberplein from 13:00 until 17:00.
