Prison sentences and clearing in Medoclaan case

Four men were sentenced to prison after the shooting at Medoclaan in Eindhoven at the end of 2014. One of the suspects has been cleared. The judge decided this at the court Den Bosch.

A man aged 36 from the town Heeswijk-Dinther got the highest punishment. He was sentenced to jail for seven years for his homicide attempt and a violent robbery in Tilburg. He would have shot directed four times at the Medoclaan incident.
A 40-year-old man from Enschede and a 26-year-old man from Valkenswaard got 4 years and 3.5 years for their part in the shooting. The court charged a 43-year-old man without permanent residence with sentencing to jail for three years for a violent robbery and forbidden possession of a fire arm.

A 27-year-old man from Breda was cleared. According to the judge there was no conclusive evidence that he was involved in the shooting.

The shooting took place close at a house at Medoclaan. There were no casualties but it was about a drug fight between the two motor clubs Satudarah and No Surrender.
