A hundred young people find work through Summerskills

Around a hundred young Eindhoveners will receive help finding work this summer, thanks to a project run by Dynamo Jeugdwerk (Youth Work).

The Summerskills weeks in July and August are aimed at helping young people, who have just gained their school diplomas, to find jobs. The projects starts running today.

In a holiday setting, complete with cocktails and beach volley ball, the young people are coached in order to increase their chances in the jobs market. They put together a personal plan, talk with employers and take a job application training course.

Ultimately, the coaching and training should lead to acquiring the skills needed for success in the jobs market.
