This weekend, the Food Truck Festival TREK in Eindhoven attracted around 15 000 visitors.
It was the first edition of the festival in Eindhoven. The grounds of the Karpendonske Plas were converted into a large open air restaurant with dozens of mobile food stands. There was also live music and theater.
The Food Truck festival will also be held in the city parks of Den Bosch, Amsterdam and the Hague over the coming months.
