The public prosecutor for Oost-Brabant will open an investigation into anti-Semitic comments made by a number of PSV supporters.
Footage from Monday’s celebration shows fans singing an anti-Semitic chant.
The public prosecutor’s website says the investigation "will focus on the question of who sang these words and whether they have committed a criminal offense against a group of people".
PSV has also launched an investigation into a video showing individuals wearing the PSV shirt singing the chant.
