Fontys Students make children’s book to prevent dying of bees

Students of Fontys Eindhoven have produced a special book to tackle bee mortality. This way children learn about nature and usefulness of bees.

A year ago, the students started a company. The students hope the book will reduce bee mortality and make the world a little greener.

The children’s book is aimed at children aged 2 to 6 years. The story is about bee Bo. In the back of the book a sheet of paper is hidden. Children can bury this sheet in the ground, and if they take good care of it, with enough water and sunlight, it grows into a flower.

By purchasing the Bo Bee children’s book, charities such as Villa Pardoes and foundation Bio holiday resort are also supported.
