The police is searching for witnesses to an assault on an elderly woman, last Sunday. Two youngsters tried to overpower her.
The 81-year-old woman lives in a house on the Van Bodeghemstraat, in Woensel area, Eindhoven. The two youngsters came to the woman’s house around 09:00 hrs. In the course of the assault, the woman fell and started screaming. This caused the youngsters to flee.
The police published a description of the two culprits. Apparently, they are two youngsters, between 14 to 18-years-old. They wore dark clothes and had hoods on. One of them wore an orange shawl and the other a brown/red shawl.
The police asks people with knowledge of this assault to come forward with any information they might have.
