Google starts digital workplace in Eindhoven

From today, independent entrepreneurs in the region, and people in SME’s, will receive tuition from Google. They will be able to follow workshops, on the VDMA grounds in Eindhoven, which will help them find their way more easily in the digital world.

At present, entrepreneurs often miss opportunities for expanding their company’s range. Google claims that companies which make good use of the Internet grow twice as fast.
The company will teach smaller companies how to use the Internet to increase brand recognition and improve their findability, and how to make use of the ‘cloud’.

Google hopes in the end to attract a thousand companies in Eindhoven, On a national level, three thousand companies are to be assisted through these digital workshops. The plan is to later roll out the idea throughout all of Europe.
