Infotheek Group acquired the Eindhoven-based company, 4Launch. This, according to an announcement on the Infotheek Group’s website.
4Launch is a webshop with an actual establishment where everything in the areas of hardware, software, computers and technology can be purchased. Infotheek Group also deals with computer technology; however, their main clients stem from the education field and the public authorities.
The takeover of 4Launch will enable Infotheek Group to focus more on individuals and on private sector companies. Furthermore, due to the acquisition, Infotheek Group will gain knowledge of owning a webshop.
4Launch will be keeping their own name.
