Second place for TU/e Robot Soccer team in RoboCup

In the final of the robot soccer world championship in China Hefei, Tech United took it up against the Chinese team Water from Peking University. The Dutch were annihilated 4-1.

"Waters defence was too strong," Tech United announced via Twitter. The Eindhoven team had drafted robot players with nicknames like Robin of Compressed air, Gregory van der Gear and Robodinho.

In 2013 and 2014 Tech United faced Water in the finals. In 2013, the Chinese became world champions. Last year the Dutch team won.
