Philips and Delft’s hospital future cooperation

Philips will be cooperating with the Delft hospital, Reinier de Graaf, in the field of ultrasound for the following fifteen years. This cooperation involves an investment of a few million Euro’s.

It will enable the hospital to use the most modern ultrasound equipment made by Philips. Furthermore, all their existing ultrasound equipment will be replaced accordingly.

The new Philips systems, allow for a more efficient way of working. They are quicker and their image quality is much better. The ultrasound equipment is used not only for monitoring pregnancies. It is also used for rheumatism, as well as for heart and vascular disease treatments.
