Eindhoven on fourth place in AD crime meter

Eindhoven is on place four in the AD (national daily) crime meter. This is one place lower compared to last year. Today the annual list will be announced again.

To compile the rankings, they are looking at the number of complaints filed at the police. This is evaluated against the population of the municipality.

For example, the number of offences of pickpocketing and street robbing in Eindhoven has declined over the past year. But there are more home burglaries and robberies committed.

Amsterdam is just like last year, on the first place. Followed by Maastricht on place two, and Rotterdam takes the third place in the unpopular row.

The safest towns in Netherlands are Kapelle, Korendijk and Zuidhorn.
