HTC organizes Mountainbike Challenge for charity

Campus employees and other cyclists can take part in the 5th edition of the HTC Mountainbike Challenge on Saturday 11 April. This year the High Tech Campus organizes the Challenge in cooperation with Helicon VMBO Eindhoven. Young students, educated in the Green and Ecological aspects of the human environment, help with the preparations for and execution of the Challenge as part of their training programme.

The participation fee will be 8 Euro per person and this amount will be fully donated to Alpe d’HuZes (a fundraising initiative to help in the fight against cancer) or Kika (a Dutch charity foundation that raises money for research into childhood cancer).

Participants will be offered a challenging mountainbike track of about 7 kilometres with several climbs and descents. They will be using the Campus car-parks, a wooden platform around the lake and several unpaved roads.
