Dutch soldiers killed in Mali arrive tomorrow in Eindhoven

The bodies of the two Dutch soldiers, who died in a helicopter accident on Tuesday in Mali, will arrive on Friday at Eindhoven Airbase.

They are scheduled to arrive around 18:00 hours according to Lieutenant Colonel Peter Grijspaardt in a report by Omroep Brabant. The bodies will be transported in a Dutch Hercules plane from Mali to the Netherlands.

There will be a special memorial service held in Eindhoven.

The helicopter with the two soldiers crashed in Mali last Tuesday. Captain René Zeetsen and Lieutenant Ernst Mollinger lost their lives in the accident. At the moment they lie in state in a hospital in Mali.
