Dutch company taken over by French Altran

The Dutch company Nspyre with a branch in Eindhoven is completely taken over by the French company Altran.

The Dutch service provider has offices in Romania and the Netherlands, including at Dillenburgstraat in Eindhoven. The company has about 680 employees.

They offer services in the technological sector in the field of software development and mechanical engineering.

The CEO of Nspyre Philip van Blanken thinks Nspyre and Altran do match each other perfect strategically. He hopes to be able to grow by being part of Altran Group. He sees opportunities in the expansion of customers and increase of R&D abilities. The French company already has branches in India, the United States and China, among others. Those locations give the Dutch company international access and reinforces their position among their clients.
