World’s largest Tetris game can be played

The largest Tetris field ever, created by TU/e students, can be played since Monday. The game was built 2 weeks ago and was suspended by a crane from the TU/e Potentiaal building yesterday.

The huge framework has 3,200 LEDs, 3 km of electrical wires and 400 metres of PVC pipes. The game was first rolled out horizontally, at the Forum.

Charlot van den Heuvel from student association Thor is expecting a large turnout. ‘All members of the association have invited sponsors and friends to come by.’

The game was officially opened at 17.00 Hrs yesterday and is accessible to visitors until Wednesday.
