Parktheater Eindhoven has been nominated ‘Beste theater van Nederland van 2014’. The nomination is announced by members of the ‘Vereniging Vrije Theater Producenten’ (VVTP), (free theatre producers association).
It is the fourth time in a row that Parktheater has been nominated for this award.
Other nominees include following theatres: ‘De Meervaart’ in Amsterdam, ‘Chassé Theater’ in Breda, ‘De Oosterpoort & Stadsschouwburg’ in Groningen, ‘Het Park’, in Hoorn, ‘Rijswijkse Schouwburg’ and ‘Het Luxor’ in Rotterdam.
VVTP consists of fourteen theatre and music producers, who together take care of approximately 60% of the professional stage productions in the Netherlands.
The winning theatre is presented during the VVTP theatre fair on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Beatrix Theater in Utrecht.
