DAF opens doors during ‘Museumdagen’ (Heritage Days)

This weekend DAF opens its doors during the DAF Museumdagen. This year’s theme is ’60 years of DAF Components’. The Eindhoven-based company is best known for its trucks, but is also involved in the manufacturing of many other products.

For instance, the chassis of the F16 fighter plane is made in the DAF factories and the company has also participated in manufacturing several other military vehicles.

During the Museumdagen on Saturday and Sunday the DAF site at the Hugo van der Goeslaan is open from ten to five. A classic car shuttle service will drive visitors back and forth to the DAF Museum.
