Traffic diversions Sunday 14 September

On Sunday 14 September, a column of historical military vehicles is touring Noord-Brabant to commemorate Operation Market Garden*. In and around Eindhoven, a number of traffic diversions will be set in order to make room for the 1,500 troops.

Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat and Boutenslaan will be closed to traffic, that will be rerouted via Leenderweg and N2.

John F. Kennedylaan will also be closed.

*Operation Market Garden (17-25 September 1944) was an unsuccessful Allied military operation, fought in the Netherlands and Germany in WWII. It was the largest airborne operation up to that time (Source: Wikipedia).
