Sint Anna opens new Childbirth Centre

Sint Anna Hospital in Geldrop will be officially opening a new Childbirth Centre on Monday, 1 September. Women will be able to give birth there in a homely environment with the assistance and guidance of their own midwife or gynecologist.

This will spare them the need to be transferred to another place, should extra medical care be required.

The Mayor of Geldrop-Mierlo, Mr. Donders, will be officially opening the new centre at 10:30. A symposium about developments in childbirth care will be held in the afternoon.
