Eindhoven station renovated, nuisance for passengers

Starting next Monday passengers at the Eindhoven railway station are going to experience additional nuisance from renovation activities. For the next five weeks platform 1 is going to be renovated and, therefore, parts of the platform will occasionally be closed. This involves, among other things, the walkways between platform 1 and 2.

This will also have an effect on the timetable. The ‘sprinter’ to Weert will not run for a number of weekends, but buses will be used instead. The Intercity to Weert will keep on running.

The construction works are part of the renewal of the station. The renovation should be ready at the end of 2016.
