Hackers will be breaking in at Eindhoven’s municipality

Have you ever wanted to legally hack the municipality of Eindhoven? Then mark 15 February on your calendar. That day, a group of hackers will gather at city hall in Eindhoven to thoroughly screen the municipality’s services.

Motive for this little hack party, that carries the name ‘Hack Me Please’, is a fierce debate between alderman Staf Depla and Brenno de Winter, blogger at The Post Online.

On De Winter’s site it says that hackers will have free reign that day. ‘No restrictions, no childish comments. To just steal data or knowingly sabotage systems, is not allowed’. Various services will be screened in the council chamber on the 15th.
