PSV players off to Gran Canaria for training camp

PSV head coach Philip Cocu left for Gran Canaria with 26 players. They departed from Düsseldorf airport yesterday.

PSV is going to play two friendly matches in Maspalomas, followed by an intensive training programme.

Striker Tim Matavz joined the team. He got injured and had knee surgery in November. Georginio Wijnaldum is also part of the selection, despite his injury.

Furthermore, Cocu selected three young players: Menno Koch, Rai Vloet and Benjamin van Leer. All players return to Eindhoven Sunday morning.
