Two Eindhoveners were caught redhanded at the Beukenlaan yesterday, while they were stealing cables. Around 22.30 hrs, the two men were noticed by patrolling police men.
When the thieves saw the police car, they dropped all their tools and threw back the stolen cables onto the construction site. Unfortunately, some cutting pliers and a hand saw gave away what the men were doing.
They were taken to the police station for further investigation and their tools were impounded.
