Music in its purest form: The Naked Song Festival presents the best national and international singer-songwriters on five stages at the ‘Muziekgebouw’ (music building) Eindhoven. Naked Song is an afternoon and evening full of unbridled americana, rootsy folk and blues and other acoustic pearls. Often, there is no more than a guitar, a voice and a spotlight needed – naked, pure, raw and clear of all superfluities. Besides well-known artists, also new discoveries will get full attention. During this year’s edition, there will be, among others, Thomas Dybdal, Fink, Joan as Police Woman, Villagers, Joanna Newsom, Woven Hand en Teitur. Also in 2013 will Naked Song be the ultimate singer-songwriter festival in the Netherlands.
