Only the municipality of Zuid-West Friesland ranked higher on the list, drawn up by Agentschap NL.Every Eindhoven resident is entitled to take out a so-called ‘energy saving loan’ from the city, which enables the resident to buy solar panels at a lower price.The arrangement is part of a set of measures to turn Eindhoven into an energy-neutral city.
