More than a thousand FNV members protest in Eindhoven against “social desert”

EINDHOVEN – The center of Eindhoven was the stage of an FNV protest on Saturday. More than a thousand participants who do not want social security to be reduced, which would turn the Netherlands into a “social desert.”

Henk van Rees, protest leader of the FNV: “The plans of the Kunduz-parties will turn The Netherlands into an arid, dry society, where only survival of the fittest counts: a social desert.”Via this protest the FNV urges everyone to vote for a party that does not diminish social security during Wednesday’s parliamentary elections.Source: Omroep Brabant
