PSV and Matazv disagree

Wednesday, 22 August 2012
EINDHOVEN – PSV turned down a 7 million Euro bid on striker Tim Matazv, Voetbal International reports. The Portuguese Benfica wants to sign the player, but PSV does not want to let him go.

Matavz would also like to leave PSV, because he has been sitting on the bench since Dick Advocaat’s arrival at the club. During the first two games, the trainer preferred sending Jeremain Lens into the field. Technical director Marcel Brands, however, says he does not want to lose Matavz. What is more, Matavz should become Eredivisie’s (Dutch football league) top scorer this season.
