Agreement

When going into a written and confirmed agreement with Stichting International Platform Eindhoven (Eindhoven News) it is mentioned in the agreement that the Algemene Voorwaarden Verkoop or Algemene Voorwaarden Inkoop (general terms and conditions purchase or sales) of Stichting International Platform Eindhoven (Eindhoven News) are applicable. The “Algemene Voorwaarden” will be sent to you together with the agreement. When confirming the agreement it is assumed that you have taken note of these “Algemene Voorwaarden” and are aware that these are applicable.
